Delay of Plant cultivation

Whats the Delay of Plant Cultivation? My server have a general skilldelay of 0.3 seconds. But somehow i only manage to get like 1 PlantC. use every 0.9 seconds (1 minute ~70 stems)

Will Bragi or Assasins and more ASPD be helpfull there?

By default, it's aspd based so 190 aspd is the way to go.
