Best Homunculus for PvP, best for leveling?

I'm not to sure wich of the homunculus is good for PvPing, and wich is good to use as a leveling aid for my Alchemist/Creator (is there one that is generally good at both?).

vanil's level fast, so everyone decides their oh so super powered X.x

but honestly, get a lif, evolve it, and use its evolved skill (the name escapes me right now) and watch as it does around 3k damage PER it

All of them except for Lif are fairly agreeable when it comes to leveling.  I'd prefer a Amstir though to keep the mob busy while I do whatever scheme I have set up for leveling.

Lif isn't the most fun to level, but arguably the best for PvP/WoE and general purposes.

I always read that they arent very strong when it comes to offense. What makes them the best for PvP/WoE? (I would  have guessed that it would be Filir)

Whats the 3k per hit attack that JJJ mentioned? (doesnt sound too bad to me xD)

That description is not entirely correct.

"Change Lif so that her attacks are based on MATK instead of ATK for the duration. This also increases VIT by 30 and INT by 20 per skill level. When using this skill, Lif's HP and SP will be fully healed.

Despite the official description, Mental Charge does not swap Lif's Max SP to Max HP. When the duration ends, Lif's HP and SP will be reduced to 1. "Spawning" Lif again will cancel the duration/cast delay. (Teleporting, Vaporizing, relogging, etc.) It is best to re-"spawn" Lif before the duration ends, so that her HP/SP are not reduced to 1.

    * 100 SP is taken after Mental Charge heals.
    * Lif cannot use Healing Hands or Urgent Escape while in the duration or the cast delay of Mental Charge.
    * The VIT and INT bonus do not affect Max HP/SP or Aid Potion's healing value, hence, the added VIT affects VIT DEF only.
    * Optimally, a Lif-user can level without potions, as long as they "spawn" Lif before Mental Charge ends"

Lif is not your best choice for levelling nor grinding, but in PvP or WoE it can seriously kick donkey. Though remember that Lif is DemiHuman and deals only Neutral damage (I did read somewhere that they can hit Ghosts normally, just like monsters can ignore GR armor).

Vanil uses random element magic attacks, is Formless race and has the best general stats of all Homunculus, which is why it's often preferred along with Filir.

...that's what I said.
If I'm not mistaken Homunculi deal no-element damage, instead of Neutral, just like monsters do. Which bypasses Ghost property.

Raydric cards affect both Neutral and no-element, by the way.
