AD Build?
If that, max out your INT and get 150 Dex, rest goes to either AGI or VIT for survivability for PvP, for WoE I would go STR+DemiHuman% things for emp defense and bomb the spawn point

Straight Acid Demo Build with the Homunculus that gives you "Emergency Escape", Full Reduction gear, lots of INT, instant cast, and maybe a Kiel or three if you must. Would be nasty for both PVP and WoE.

if i have 100% neutral resist doe's the damage of asura and sacrifice would be miss?...

1)Yeah, get over 100% and it will heal you instead
2)Nope, unless the SinX is an idiot and doesn't use weapon element enchanters
3)Getting 100%? Yes and No, yes because it actually happens, and no because it is impossible to obtain 100% Neutral Resistance, unless your server has certain modifications

Whoops, did a screwup while testing on the test server, it wasn't the numbers going to negative, it was actually my own HP recovery

EDIT: If the reduction is over 100%, instead, damage will recover your hitpoints by 1 after each hit

EDIT2: Turns out I had too much Vitdef on, I tested it with 8 Executioner cards on the test server, it does heal you for the negative % reduction, in other words, 200 ATK with -200% Red. would do 400 Heal

EDIT3: Funny thing, if you have 2 kinds of negative damage (size and race), then they will end up multipliying and becoming a positive damage (It is logical since -1*-1=1)

At that point it all depends on how much damage is being done on you, it can either heal, damage or still miss.

at 100% you evade everything

I have seen certain servers broken beyond repair with [4] slotted everything that the only nerf they made involved thara, and sadly, this really isn't a rarity, even though on balanced servers this only works with Blacksmith and fire (I think?)

25%+30%+10%+20%=85%, there is still 2 ring of flames lord giving 105% and a top headger w/ leib olmaai gives in total 115%
