I need resist cards for SHR. I'm using Baby Alchemist.

Ok, it's 999/250 server, 4 slot equips and 2 slot shield, http://www.insomniacro.org/ so you can check customs.
I'm a baby alchemist with biochemist skills (all baby classes get trance skills), i've tried to make a good resist but i've failed alot, they still hit over 100k on me, and I have about 3mil hp. I really need help with this, and if anyone can give me a good resist build (that doesn't require battle mode, cause I suck at it) then it will be much appreciated.
