non-re, no. only s*** that affects your ad dmg is ur int and your opponent's vit. that's all.

Non-Renewal it's a Misc Ranged Atk where the dmg comes from YOUR TOTAL INT and ENEMY TOTAL VIT.

Renewal it's the same[the same type of atk] but, due to the changes made to atk[weapon atk+status atk] and matk, the skill is now affected by +atk and +%atk and +%matk gear too[I think] and uses ATK and MATK for dmg[it's either that or STR/INT, not sure on this, playing with memory] so, therefore, Merman Card Set extra +20% dmg to ranged atks should work.
