Soul Strike skill - A little help, please - .-

Heya! I've played RO for a while but I never really got into it until now.
I'm working on a mage for the moment being, and I have one question.
It might sound stupid, but I've tried most things and I've probably missed a silly simple little thing XD

I have leveled up the Soul Strike skill (way over level 1), but when I press the little arrow to select what level I want it on, a small square pops up with th question "Apply?" and the buttons OK and Cancel. When I press OK, nothing happens...
How do I raise the level of my Soul Strike? D:

lol that seems more like the new skill window, and if the apply button isn't working try talking to your server's GMs?

but does this happen with all your skills and such? if not im probably wrong then

Nope. It has only happened with Soul Strike so far. I deleted my sage and started anew since it sucked XD
But it didn't change anything. :L

Ok, I got help with it. It works when you minimize the skill window :3
