I want to play my scholar for support my friend and kill enemy.
Do you think my build is OK now or not?

Accessory: Orlean's Glove [Imp Card]*2

Orleans uniform doesn't make your cast uninterruptible at WoE, drop it in favor of either high refine (+9 or +10) silk robe, or any other good slotted armor you can wear.
If you make good use of your fiberlock, stone curse and memorize, you can drop some dex in favor of vit and int, drop the str too. Make good use of +stat food, lower levels are easy to get.
I think i will use +10 silk robe then.
I will drops Dex to 93 to get another stat then.
I put str because i will use evil druid and when i use i can't get Heal right so i think i will use very much white potion.
+stat food on my server it very hard to find :-[
Can i ask you something fiber lock can stop champion from their body relocation or not?

You can't play support and attack, it's one or the other.

Make some grape juices, then. Or use Health Conversion; it's there for a reason. The skills you're going to use aren't specially SP consuming anyway.
I question the huge final strength. Other than gems, webs, drugs, and yggs, and maybe endow-screwing someone who's coming at someone with ED using holy or fire, what more do you really need to carry? I get away with less on a sniper, and I have to trap, too.
Fiber Lock does not stop snap.
Personally I think there's better out there than a +10 silk, but I can't argue with it either. I do think you need mdef more than def, so it's probably the way to go. Diabolus Robe isn't a bad choice either.
no profs do not need more mdef -.-" i do still believe in valk armor. that 1 stat is pretty good especially if you are hitting instant cast.
especially if you're the main prof. LP push all the way. out-time those ganbans and what hits u shld be physical only. well there's mindbroken JT sometimes but devo -shld- take care of that.
about weight, i have 40 base and sometimes don't find it enough. play on servers where woes are intensive enough and you'll find yourself running out of gems 15minutes into fights. 'endow screwing' is pretty stupid imo btw. all they need to do is switch weap+shield, or if they're familiar to ur style of play pop an opposite-ele converter since all you're telling them is what armor prop you're on.

Full Support build has 99 base dex. You are completely crap without it. You don't need 99 base vit and you can't afford it without stat food.

You cannot use endows on people outside of your party...depending on the population in WOE, you may need to carry a lot of consumables for Full Support (especially if you are defending).
Besides BG armor...
Glittering Jacket: 250 weight, 7 base PDef and 5 MDef. If I think MDef is useful, I'd go with this.
Valk Armor: 280 weight, 6 PDef, +1 all stats but no MDef. Probably wouldn't use it if I wasn't DLPing.
Diablos Robe: 30 weight, +150 SP, 6 PDef, 5 MDef. If I was SP slave, I might use it. Moonlight Dagger gives 10% more SP though, which is roughly the same. Wouldn't default it with an Indulge 3 build.
Silk Robe: 40 weight, 3 PDef, 10 MDef. Very easy to get but I don't like the PDef, it's a lot of reduction lost versus other armors. I might use it over Glittering, depends on WOE.
P. def of Silk Robe is not a bit problem, it's easy to get so you can get a couple of +10s.
And that doesn't help if your opponent has a +10 katar.
If your server is updated enough you should try and get an armor with +3 Vit even if it is only a +4 armor. Stats are much better than 1 extra defense that you would get from a +7 armor.
combat knife, blush of groom, smokie card, alligator card, noxious card, proxy's skin fragment, variant shoes, gym pass?
Why you need max sp? Champ always pot.
Also it's better to wear Zeroms because bolter profs suck in WoE (don't need Imp cards).
Caster profs are horrible cause of woe redux, you won't be able to do s*** dmg. The only type of prof I can think of for WoE FE is Dispel (OLP and DLP in SE, but I doubt you're looking for this)
If your server doesn't have BG get CK, VA or glittering depending if there's gym passes or not with marc/ED swap, VS with thara and replace the imps by zeroms. Also, get sl sunnies with nightmare i.p. And for the stats, just max out dex and get 92+5 vit for stun immune. Oh and if you can manage to get dboots and drobe/proxy instead of that outdated garment/shoe build, that's a huge plus (ik it's a LR, but how the fk did you even manage to get OGs?).

No external buffs aside bless and using food/gloom boxes ofc.
And yes, is only an example before some people jump to this and that bla bla yadda yadda yadda
