Er... Is that a high rate? I wouldn't know as I haven't played that server.

I would generally say that at 100 you should train in clock tower if your dex and int are high enough. Then at about 300 you can train at Thanatos tower. This generally works on all high rates but may change depending on the rates and how your server affected monsters stats.

In what way? If you feel like flaming, keep it to your self. I know it wasn't the best post, but I did the best I could with the little info they gave. >_>

Also, the clock tower is generally THE training place for mages/wiz until higher lvls. And I have tried Thantos tower at 300 and it works on a high rate.

Honestly, we need to know exp rates, max stats, max levels, if they changed the exp rates for specific monsters any etc.
