Hi guys,
I just decided to make a new mage (rate 1x server), i have money for supplies (wings, as many pots i want) and got a Hide Belt (smokie card).
The question is , what are sutiable places to level where i can abuse the belt? Like casting bolt > drawing aggro > hide > repeat. I know the basics places that mages level but i wanna know what are the best places i can abuse the belt to kill stronger monsters (hence better exp at lower levels).

but i want to starting rushing asap.

I saw a mage level in rachel yesterday. You should try it out because I'm pretty sure it's doable early but use frost driver and fire wall A LOT.
I always used to level on Geographers. They're basically sitting ducks and I always get to 70-ish and higher with ease. Once a friend of mine levelled an Alchemist to 99 on them with a Fireblend.
Not really possible on renewal due to exp penalties if level difference is too high.
Droseras are better targets anyway. They give less exp which means less exp penalty. Start out with muscipulars because their level is even lower and get an imp card. IMO you should still try rachel but be aware that aLl the monsters I listed here will 2KO you most of the time. For that reason, being in a group becomes essential when you hit the last levels.
