This is quite a server specific question, you playing on officials or a private server?
If it's a private server, ask it on the server's forums.
Isn't there a possibility to highlight the "Open Topic" more than the "Open Poll" link?
Every 2nd thread is a poll like the one in this thread.
Or better, before allowing you to post new topic, there should be rules displayed first, with quiz from them later before posting, so NOBODY WILL POST DAMN 3RD JOB OR ALREADY ASKED QUESTION.

Make a max level wiz / high wiz then look for the Job Changer NPC or look up the quest for it, if any.
Step 1: Make casting sound of casting a spell (think of a car revving without the growl to it).
Step 2: After 5 - 15 seconds (renewal mechanics lol), raise your hands and arms into the air.
Step 3: Shout "COMET!" at the top of your longs.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Congratulations, you are a warlock.
