hi ! im going to make a hw fs to play woe 2.0 and i was wandering if AGI status is an option to include on my build since in my server builds oriented on spam of skills are the most wanted.
im kind of noob on HW so if you can help me ill apreciatte it so much ! thanks.

Don't put any points on AGI. I suggest go for the usual HW build (99INT/99DEX/25VIT) and get a Clown to Bragi you.

I'm going to assume you're playing a 99/70 server, if not, then excuse me.

INT - 99
DEX - 99
VIT - 25 or 1 (choose)
AGI - 1
STR - 25 or 1 (choose)
LUK - 1

As a High Wizard, your main priority is making traps in hallways with your Quagmire, Fire Pillars and whatever else you choose along with nuking (highest INT possible) as fast as you can (highest DEX possible).  With WoE reductions, you really can't afford to lose out on any precious MATK due to many people having Thara Frog Card, Feather Beret and whatnot, and you certainly can't afford to lose any speed because your casting can always be interrupted during WoE.

Why little to no VIT?  Well, High Wizards quite frankly, have a garbage HP mod.  The lowest in the game actually.  Many modern day High Wizards (including me) argue that the 25 VIT doesn't even help all that much, and thus even take STR over VIT for carrying more gems and potions.  The old defense was always that you need VIT because of Stun, but today, Stun is not quite the frightening ailment it used to be.  If you can get your hands on a BG set and a Dark Bacilium with a Stalactic Golem Card in it, Stun becomes a very minor problem.

Imo FS HW means Gambantein HW w/ fire pillars and low int

Firepillars ignore mdef ;\
Nico was owned.

Creates a Fire Pillar trap effect on the targeted cell. Tripped when any monster (or player in a PvP area) walks over it. When tripped, the trap delivers Fire property damage equal to (50+MATK/5)*(2+SkillLV) on a 3x3 area around the tripped cell.
This damage ignores MDEF and INT. While the target is taking damage from Fire Pillar, it will not be able to move until all the hits have been dealt (0.2*Hits sec). You can not have more than 5 Pillars active at any time.

Also, ganondorf was wrong. That's a really bad build for a FS Wiz. Please learn to RO and not mislead people ;3

I can get hit with Heater's Lv3 Fire Pillar (noted that Heater has only 5 INT).

anyway, people get int for LoV (not as needed anymore) / HD / Fire Wall , but it's totally about preference

FS hwiz have tons of stat points left over if they have gym passes, so why not get int

You MUST have int, if you dont, you cant hit stalker w/ fully reduction gear
At least 20, it helps, i know, i calculated a lot. I dont have to have int if you have rod equipped, but on FS HW is combat/dagger w/ cecils or fabres, drops, etc. better.

What's this stuff about not hitting? I'm pretty sure spells can't miss to begin with... you guys mean you can't DAMAGE people without Int, which would be true.

Yes, spell can miss (well, it's not miss but the damage is reduced to 0)

Math Lesson:
HW with 44-53Matk (70job, blessing, no int/matk equip, no int) will do 123-148dmg with LoV
Stalker with full reduction gear (10% LR, 61%DH, 20mdef and 50int)
123-148DMG is reduced to 82-99 because of Woe Reduction
82-99 is reduced to 45-54 because of Reduction
45-54 is reduced to 0-0 because of Mdef

You only really need 30-50 total int.

Don't listen to people who say you need int. Because 9/10 your only job is to fire pillar (No Int Needed) and to Ganbantein (No Int Needed)

LoV is not used by you. Scholars who are up front are there to HD people.

Int is not as necessary as reducing your delay based on your attackspeed so that the only hinderance to you is your animation delay.

99/99/25 = ohko = useless.

Best build will vary by the equipment and consumables available on your server (gym passes especially).

Fire Pillar - This damage ignores MDEF and INT means he doesn't need INT or any Matk at all because 1 = damage = enough
Get 99 DEX, 97 VIT to be anti-stun and the usual s*** and then play with STR and AGI to get enough weight to carry all the stuff and 190 aspd with Full Adrenaline Rush and Zerk Pot.

Unless you mean total int, you can't have 99dex, 97 vit, and >50 int.

Also, depending on what you want your FS HW for, it may or may not need some int.  Heavens Drive won't hit if the mage (prof or hw) doesn't have enough matk (based on int).  There are smart players who stack mdef while in cloak so that low int FS professors cannot uncloak/hide them with heavens drive.

Also  99dex/97vit/rest int is retarded.  Get agi for animation and str for pots.

You have no reduction, without 0,5s devo you will get killed by 0,5 hole in LP. Why 99agi? you can get 187+- aspd almost without agi. Also 25int is too much, 1-15base int is enough (for BPs), but with gym passes it doesnt matter
