IS NORMAL MODE STILL AVAILABLE?

Yes, if you do not want to wait until 1st January 2017 to enjoy Total Ragnarok, simply create a Normal mode account and login as normal.

HOW DO I JOIN HARDCORE MODE?

Joining hardcore mode is simple, when you create your server account, you can select your Account Mode, you can either select Normal or Hardcore. If you select Normal nothing changes & have no restrictions.



WHAT IS HARDCORE MODE?

Total Hardcore mode you get 3 lives, on your 3rd death your character will be locked and you will need to start all over again. Any items you have on your character are lost. Best advice is to keep only what you need via your inventory and have the rest in storage. Hardcore mode encourages the player to be entirely self-sufficient. You will not be able to Trade, Pickup loot dropped by players, Purchase items from merchant vendors, Join Party's or Join Guilds. Hardcore mode will be designed to bring that challenge back to Ragnarok Online, its also a great way to show off your skills as an RO gamer. With hardcore mode you are not able to use the vending skill nor are you able to be buffed by other players. You want buffs? create foods, use a buffing class or simply hunt items that also give buffs.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HARDCORE MODE?

Hardcore mode will have weekly competitions such as PvP, Mini-Games, Hardcore mode only quests + much more.

Hardcore mode will have its own leader boards, its own PvP system and its very own unique competitions.

WILL PLAYERS KNOW IM USING HARDCORE MODE?

Yes, any player that has Hardcore Mode enabled will get a special Hardcore headgear that will equip on your upper costume slot, your name will also include [HC] at the start. Example: [HC] Shilo

You can obtain Total Tickets lots of ways within Total Ragnarok.


Being Active - When you login, use the command @rewards and activate our rewards system. For every hour your online you will receive reward points that you can then convert into Total Tickets. You can speed this system up by 2x if you are a Total V.I.P

Events - Take part in our automated daily events such as Poring Catcher, Dice and more. These run every 30 minutes in game.

King of Emperium - You can obtain Total Tickets if your guild is the wining guild within this event. All guild members received 2 Total Tickets each.

GM Hosted Events - GM's can host events and give players upto 10 Total Tickets per hour, you can expect a lot more events being held to keep this system going.

Seasonal Events - We host special seasonal events that can also allow you to obtain Total Tickets.

Total Surprise - Our Total Angel spawns in Prontera City every 6 hours giving everyone a Total Surprise, this box contains lots of rewards, one of them being Total Tickets.

Hunting Missions - You can obtain Total Tickets using our Hunting Missions NPC in Prontera City. This NPC will give you a random amount of monsters to kill giving you missions points once successful. You can convert these into Total Tickets.

WHAT IS TOTAL ROULETTE?

Total Roulette is a mini game where you are guaranteed to get rewards.

The rewards you get depend on you, some are harder to obtain than others due to % chance however its in your hands to carry on or stop and collect.

HOW DO YOU PLAY?

To play Total Roulette is simple, you need 1x Roulette Coin in order to activate the machine. The game is split into 7 sections.

Section 1: A ~ I
Section 2: I ~ P
Section 3: P ~ V
Section 4: V ~ 1
Section 5: 1 ~ 5
Section 6: 5 ~ 8
Section 7: 8 ~ 0

To advance onto the next section, you need to complete the first section without landing on a green box, at this point you have 2 choices, either collect your prize or gamble into the next section.

The further you go, the better the rewards get.

WHAT ARE THE GREEN BOXES FOR?

The green boxes are end of game, if you land on a green box, the game ends and you need another Roulette Coin to play again.

Dont worry though, you still get a prize, you will obtain 1x Total Surprise box.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I LAND ON THE RED BOX?

When you land on the red box, you will receive the current Jackpot prize.

30 Days Total V.I.P

The game also ends at this point and you will need another Roulette Coin to play again.

If you land on the Jackpot, there is a server wide announcement so everyone online knows you just hit the Jackpot.

*The jackpot prize is subject to change when ever we see fit.*

HOW DO I GET ROULETTE COINS?

Obtaining Roulette Coins is simple, you get 1x Roulette Coin every 24 hours upon login and after 1 hour of game play, you CAN be AFK for this hour.
When its 12:00am (00:00) server time @time, it resets and you will need to relog to re-claim.

You also get them via exchanging your voting points.

Our Ticket Manager NPC will also have these coins available for exchange and they can also be found inside the Total Surprise box.

Some events will also hand these out and these are also included into the donation promotions as seen via the donation page.

WHERE IS THE NPC LOCATED?

You can find the Total Roulette NPC in the center of Prontera City.

GEPARD SHIELD 2.0 - ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEM

im happy to announce that we have invested into enabling Gepard Shield 2.0 into Total Ragnarok.

Its an expensive piece of add-ons but defiantly worth the cost to make sure the players of Total Ragnarok are protected.

Gepard Shield offers an excellent anti-cheat system with frequent updates making sure nothing can bypass it.

Here is a list of functions Gepard Shield offers;

Total Ragnarok introduces Halloween with our main town fully themed and packed with seasonal events
along with great rewards both in-game and real life up for grabs.



Prontera City has had a spooky makeover thanks to GM Haven with his excellent mapping skills.



Total Zombies is a new event that runs every 6 hours spawning different types of Zombies in waves.
There are 20 rounds in total including 2 MvP rounds.

Complete all rounds to win a bonus of 500 Cash (in-game currency)

Total Zombies Schedule
(use @time command in-game)
Start Time: 17:15 (5:15pm)
Start Time: 23:15 (11:15pm)
Start Time: 05:15 (5:15am)
Start Time: 11:15 (11:15am)

There is a heavy strategy to Total Zombies, make parties and work as a team.
If you don't, we can guarantee you wont complete this event!



There is also a Nuke NPC inside the Total Zombies event map that will spawn at different times during the event.
To use this NPC you need a Nuke item, this is exchanged via the Zombie Slime Shop in Prontera City (shown below) for 100 Zombie Slimes. Make sure you use this item wisely, if you can finish the wave without a Nuke, dont waste it, if a round is more difficult, deploy the nuke killing all Zombies in that wave.

IF YOU DIE, YOU'RE OUT!

The Zombies that spawn each wave drop an item called Zombie Slime at 100%
@autoloot is auto enabled during this map so you get one for every kill.



You can exchange your Zombie Slimes in Prontera City shown on the image above.

This includes the Nuke items and lots of Halloween cosmetic headgear's including animated headgear's & auras.

You can also exchange your Zombie Slimes for Halloween Points (next to the Zombie Slime Shop). The player with the most points by midnight (00:00) November 4th will win our grand prize.
