TalonROImpossible is nothing
TalonRO has had an interesting history. Descending from an other server, having a huge change by converting the server (all characters, items, homunculi, guilds, everything) from the Aegis platform to eAthena. As we all know, eAthena has some differences compared to the official server platform. With our server running on Aegis for a long time, we were able to edit eAthena in many ways that it behaves closer to the "real" thing than most other eAthena servers.
There will be no wipes
ever, so even if you take a break of a year, your characters will always be available. At the moment, we have been up for more than
4.5 years, so even if you joined us 4 years ago, your characters will still be here! After all this time, we have grown to be one of the bigger Low Rate servers around with
650-900 players online averagely!

Reward SystemFirst off it's important to know that we are a server where MVP Cards are widely available. Most of them are not like the official ones as those are in most cases far too powerful. Still, we offer fast paced action.
There are several ways to acquire the Reward Items. The most important ones being several minigames, such as Hugel Bingo and Monster Races, Izlude Arena and Aldebaran Turbo Track. These minigames have all been edited in a way to work with our Reward System. Players can win Reward Points with them, which can be exchanged for Talon Coins. These coins can be used for several things, like: rollbacks, namechanges, sexchanges or ingame items!
Apart from these minigames, we also have various other ways to earn these points. Examples: Voting, Monster of the Week, Poring Catch, Haunted House, Poring Rally, GM Challenge, Lottery, etc. Furthermore, you can also win Talon Coins by doing quests or participating in regular events. Lastly, donating can also get you these rewards, however they are all available as well by simply playing the game.
An important feature on the server is the Voting Rate. While many servers reward their players for voting directly, we offer something completely different. Of course, you will get Reward Points for voting, but voting has a way bigger effect on the game.
Every 7 days there is a "voting goal" to be reached. Every day the server will count the amount of votes received that day and subtract it from the goal. If the goal is reached within the set amount of days, it will have several effects on the game. First off it will affect the Exchange Rate of Reward Points to Talon Coins. The better the Voting Rate, the more Talon Coins you will get from your points. Secondly, it will also affect the server rates. The lowest the server rates can get is 5/5/3, but it can go up to 8/8/3!
So as you can see, the server relies heavily on a community effort. By using the Reward System you do not only help yourself but also every other player on the server.

While MVP Cards play a huge role in our server, we also offer a place for those who prefer the "normal" way of playing. That's why we also offer a "Vanilla WoE and PvP". Most of the custom items in this type of WoE/PvP are disabled, making it also easier for new players to join in and have fun.
Of course we also offer a fully featured WoE for those who prefer the fast paced action on the server.
