I don't know for sure what happened, but it seems they have delisted themselves from RMS.  Plus as you stated already, both the website and their CP are down.  Hate to say it, but it doesn't look good. ;x

Well. It's been over a week now since i've been back from vacation and the server has been down for possibly longer than that. I spose i'll have to give up trying to play that server now. I Hope Evans eventually finds this. Although i don't think she even knew about RMS...
