Sure. I can confirm that. SeireiteiRO died when the admin basically abandoned ship and the database got corrupt so everyone lost all their items. However, the corrupt data was only within the item db. The leftover server files were used to revive the server, now known as Soul Society RO, with Jasc as the owner. All the accounts and characters that existed on SeireiteiRO exist on Soul Society RO. What we don't have are the items that players had in SeireiteiRO. It doesn't make much sense anymore anyways, since Soul Society RO has far outgrown SeireiteiRO, with a completely different form of currency. In fact, a LOT of users from SeireiteiRO are currently playing Soul Society RO. Hope that answers your question!
