Jack frost skill effect minimize

i just wanna ask how can i reduce na skill effect of jackfrost ( the blue crystal that burst from the character when using the skill jackfrost )
what should i edit in my data.grf

or if theres anyway to activate /mineffect command on my client when i start it up,
i just want to use it for my video coz it makes my PC laggy when spamming jackfrost

oh forget about the sprite effect of the jackfrost i already found it

all i wanna know now is how to start my client with /mineffect on
