im looking for a server 99/70 mid rate / low rate. instant 99 OR MAYBE NOT INSTANT.. PVP and WOE oriented. hunt and farm server. no custom item / cards. all RMS base. maybe has 100+ people.

Since your conditions meet most of our server's criteria, I'd like to suggest you to Once RO!

We are a pre-renewal mid rate (50x 50x 20x) server, trans 99/70.
We launched on 20th February, so we're still fairly new.
But our community is increasing everyday, we started off with 250 and we currently have an average of 350 players!
We offer PvP, will be releasing BG soon and start of WoE will be announced.
We also do not have any customised cards or items.

kindly fix your full client. cause i already download the full client but still i got errors.
tried deleting onceragna.dat -> repatch error.. changing data.grf with new data.grf from rms = error, lite download transfered the newly downloaded data.grf to the folder  = error. i really want to jion the server but i guess there's no hope
