Im looking for a server that has the following:


20x below exp rate
1% all drop
0.1% mvp and mini mvp
Pre renewal trans server
100+ player's
Cheap donation
Not over power and not too much custom items

Hmm, as far as I can see there are 3 pre-renewal trans servers with less than 20x rates and with more than 100 players:
TalonRO ~1700 players
HeRO ~150 players
ElariaRO ~100 players

Out of those ElariaRO has the least customs and TalonRO the most.

If you are fine for a bit higher rates there's also LifeRO with ~250 players, 50/50/15 rates and only very few customs.

I think LifeRO is renewal though. Feel free to check out ElariaRO if it interests you, the rates are 7x EXP, 5x drops (1x MVP cards/drops, and 1x on certain boss cards like Ghostring, Maya Purple). Everything fits in your criteria except the drop rates. Also, what do you mean by 1% on all drops?

According to LifeRO's server info they aren't:

Server Features
■Episode 13 - Ash Vacuum
■Very Close to Official (We're trying to be as close as possible but not too close)
■Complete Pre-Renewal Mechanics. (No Third Classes, Renewal Maps, Items and Mobs)

And yeah the drop rates confused me too. All items drop at 1% and all MVP items at 0.1%? That's strange. o.o

I guess he meant 100x normal drops and 10x MVP drops? =o
But couldn't find a low rate server with drop rates this high.

Could also mean an enforced minimum drop rate. Like rates should be 1x-20x but minimum drop rate should be 1%.

Dont know what you mean by "Cheap". You can get a good start with a few € or even without!
The Servers economy and donation is better balanced then the worldbank!

Bad news: Much custom Items
God News: Its mostly costumes and  "just for style" Headgear
Not everyone have the "Godlike" Items and they arent as overpowered as seen on other servers! 


I played at Talonro for ages and though i need something new. Now i know i dont need something new. Truth is i visited countless servers the last weeks just to realise again how good Talonro is in several Ways.
The only reason to stay away from there is if you are a Rude player, a rule violator a.... you know one of those People nobody like to play with. There are literaly none at Talonro! and that with 1000 Players online around the Clock.
