This has been driven to a high degree of success.

1) Funsize reveals staff-only information regarding the condition of LuminaRO and Adhelle's performance.
- Suspended paypal account that pays for Lumina's expenses.
- Prove of Adhelle using donation for personal gains and cutting corners regarding her new server.
- Adhelle's lack of appreciation for her staff members, who volunteers as a staff member without pay. Excluding Funsize perhaps.
- Lack of server development on the charges of incomplete scripts, broken events, and incoherent staff.
2) Both sides are now attacking each other personally, which has proven both individuals to be complete d-bags.
- If you have to side with someone, don't.

The fact that adhelle already knew who we are, and chose to hire us without even checking into things, well, that's her fault.

I may have a bias on this but i don't actually feel this to be completely fair or accurate.
You state both sides are simply out of line. The problem i have is this very topic in itself was actually made to do nothing more then protect anyone who may be roaming these forums, from server owners to future forum owners.

Adhelle may have messed up but the key thing that needs to be really pointed out over all was anything "Reported" about her was public news. She had little to no skeletons in that closet of her. At least when it came to running the server in that sense. Skinny on the other hand was simply so hurt, after doing a below satisfactory job i might add and getting fired for that very reason. 
The reason i say he did bad being nothing more then a player you may ask? Well i can assure you that there was an extremely large chunk of the community against him soon after he arrived. This came from known MVP spawning, Unbanning of players with no evidence we had worked hard to report on our own. Those just scale the list of things he did to our server, If you don't believe me then on request i can show chat logs of me and nearly any guild leader on this server a few days before this horrible attack discussing our very dis-liking of him.

So all i seen done on the Lumina RO staff side of this is them explaining why they punished him and simply warning the rest of us to keep our eyes open?

Of course, one wouldn't reveal his/her own fault. Judging by his attitude, actions, and testimonies of several other players,  Funsized was not a good staff member at all. Why criticize someone else when you yourself are not good at your job? l2ue, ever thought that he was a contributor to the condition of LuminaRO as well?
As for cutting corners with her new server, I would say there are still so many players on it that it isn't that bad of a server as Funsized made it to be. Many servers "cut corners", but that might be a lack of skill or something else.
It's up to Adhelle who she appreciates in the end. Staff members should already know that when they wanted to join--they would know her personality well enough before doing so. Furthermore, if they don't feel appreciated enough, just leave. Lol, no need to cause a huge chaotic event... like, I don't know... destroying a server's forum and ruining it for 500+ more players? Mhm.
Lack of server development? If this is one of the main issues, well, just post hundreds of more threads about all the other servers out there ^^. No server is ever perfected--there will always be change and development done to a server (unless it closes down xD). Check the official server~
I wouldn't say her whole staff is incoherent. Funsized was part of the staff before... so is that where the generalization came from?

I say this has been successful for LuminaRO. Funsized already had a suspicious past, and by hacking Lumina's forum and bringing this fight out, he just lowers his reputation even more.

1) - None are staff-only information. Everything is was always for public reading on Lumina RO forums. This does not proceed.
    - Correct, but once again public knowledge. And fyi the paypal account being frozen did not stop me from paying the essential server bills, so this does not proceed.
    - Donation policy is transparent and well documented on Lumina RO forum. So this does not proceed.
    - I appreciate all my staff members except for idiots like Funsized, so this does not proceed.
    - There are no such thing as incomplete scripts, broken events and etc. We have a bug tracker and all scripters are working accordingly. So this does not proceed.

2) -I did not attack anyone. Unless you consider firing a corrupt GM as an attack. The only attacker is GM funsized who delete the forums in a very childish way and then proceed spending over one hour calling me names on msn. So this does not proceed.
