Group Seeking Guild on LR or Pro Server

Hey RMS, I don't know how many people recruit for guilds on this board, but I've got some fragmented guildies looking for a group. A couple of us are pretty experienced (I've played as a mercenary sniper for so many guilds on pro server it's not funny, and more mainstream I've been in Denkou Hana officially like 4+ separate times, Al De Bums, Ace of Spades, and a few other decent comp-ish guilds). I haven't taken any guilds to the top spot on a server, nor have any of my guilds won any tournaments, but I've never been the guy holding them back, so I feel it's alright. It's a team effort, and it's really hard to make a guild gel the way the top tournament guilds do.

What I present to you is myself and a few friends looking for either a lowrate server we can do semi casual play (we're interested in PVP/WoE but read on) or a pro server we can really tear it up on. The definition of a pro server is one balanced for WoE, where a fairly standardized set of gamebreaking cards and equips (such as GTB, Samurai, and Maya Purple cards) are banned in PVP/BG/WoE. Pro servers also make it easy to get some/all competitive gears, so players can get involved quickly. This makes the game a lot more competitive, and as the name suggests, the best WoE guilds only play on pro servers. Many aren't advertised, I've played on a few of them and the competition is FIERCE. I've been playing this game forever, consider myself at least a solid player, and even I end up bottomfragging if I'm off my game.

We're not all "srs bizns" pros. We're actually a pretty casual bunch of friends, we just happen to know what we're doing, lol. We're always up for MVPs, hunting, or just screwing around, and we often help out newbies if they're nice.

Anyway, on to the class list.

Kuprin aka Kittymew - Sniper, can offclass to Stalker, Champ, SinX, and Prof well. I also play these classes well on pre-trans. I've been playing since iRO Localization Alpha 1, and know the game, know the competition, and LOVE to play the mid fight, the harassing game, and generally break up and slow down the opposition. I know how important staying alive and using teamwork is to a harasser and will never waste my run. I used to play Sniper alongside Istanbul's Stalker, and still consider him the best harass partner in the game. Get me a bro like that and I will love your guild. I can also give your less experienced harassers pointers, and make a good special teams unit out of them.

Curious - Versatile oldbie, though never very competitive. No main class. Good listener though, and will main a utility class if asked.

Shard - Total newb, first week of RO, under my immediate tutelage. Likes the idea of Asura, wants to be a pro picking champ. As I said, I'm a harass geek, so I LOVE a good champ. I set up, he knocks 'em down.

Kuro - Don't know if she's coming, but another very versatile oldbie. TKM speedrun specialist, has been first to 99 on some big-ish servers including iirc PumpkinRO. If it's a brand new server opening and you need a farmer, Kuro's your best. She can't play complex WoE roles for crap, but I have seen her make some insane picks with Flying Side Kick. She also knows how to play most utilities, as well as Champ.

Betty - No idea if she's actually going to come along, but she's a novice Stalker I'm teaching to be a pro harasser. We live for the thrill of the ante and mid fights, what can I say.

Here's what we want:

Server Rates: For a LR, 20/20/20 or lower, with a decent drop rate please. MVP card bans or reductions are great. For a Pro server, anything, but most are mid or high rates.

Features: No 3rd Jobs or Overlevels. 99/70/190. We will CONSIDER inflated aspd servers up to 192 but usually avoid them.

Donations: Minimal balance problems. Pro server should be cosmetic or convenience only (that is part of what defines a pro server). Boxes/Albums/Refines on lowrates is often unavoidable these days, but definitely won't be looked upon kindly.

Population: Either way we'd like a decent enough population, 200+ active players at decent times of the day is enough.
