Its been years since my last play of RO...
back then 300Luk makes you immune to all status effects including frost... or if you have very high luk frost effects worn out about like .5secs
but now its not working anymore... stats on iRO seems outdated...
Is there a way to make you immune to frost without using a card??
hard mdef should decrease chance and time frozen; where 1 mdef = 1%. the 300 luk stat is usually a thing added to a server customization
