Select level of locked skill

Excuse my english (first :P).

Well , i don't like Locked skill level ,  like teleport ect. Is usefull in someways.

I don't like huge topics with over.. (nine) thousand screenshoots.
So i made small video (And yes my desktop need a clean <).
(Note the server for the demo.. is not an high rate (if someone ask).. is only 2/2/2.

soory but the video passed to private cause of some morron on youtube.

I will edit the first post this night for a text tutorial.

Wheres the tutorial in this.....? If a person wants to allow extra skill points on their server, they just change the variable from 'Off' to 'On' in the conf folder >.>....
