Does anybody know the name of ice wall skill in data.grf /? and is it possible to edit it /? /hmm

file is ice.tga ... Note that it's related to some other skills as well. And yes it's editable.

You can use GIMP and Photoshop for targa/.tga files. There maybe other programs that can edit .tga files as well but those 2 are the ones I use quite often.
