Im playing a 1x/1x/1x pre renewal server and the current available jobs are 2-1 and guide there for leveling this 2 or either of the two? I am having troubles in leveling them since i am new in low rate thank you in advance

I suggest you start at novice training grounds until job 10. Next you can continue to South Payon until you have obtained skills and stats that can kill Wolf, which is south from the map you're at. After that, your mage can level up at geos until you're a wizard and have Storm Gust, then you can move to High Orc with party.
I don't know much about blacksmith.
