why at 1@tower map does not spawn mobs???

 >:( why no mobs around map 1@tower/2@tower/3@tower and etc..?????
if there any data on map that i dont have or download..??????
or there have a command to spawn the mobs????
plsss someone must help me to solve this problem...

Those are instanced maps, so you'll have to run a script in order for them to load the monster spawns.

If you're a player on a server, you have to load up the script as Omi said by simply starting the quest at the e_tower map.  You can't just @warp to the various levels.
