Not many servers have >99 lvl homs so not many people will know where to level them. Also some servers they gain different stats, A lot of >99's have modified stats so I doubt many people at all know >.>
Last time I played a 255 was years ago, I leveled my creator at the center of turtle dungeon 4 at about lvl ~140-230, The server had buffed plants so I'd chuck them down and let my vanil kill everything with it. When it got fairly strong(200 or so) I started popping DB's, Though if a thana mob comes out you may have a hard time(Even with a strong vanil it took ages to kill 1) this of course means hunting DB's, but you also have a chance at angeling/deviling/ghostring card
If that doesn't work out I havn't got a clue
And though it will be very slow, You could just level it up as you AFK by AFK farming something
