Lowrate Crit Type Assassin Cross...
« on: Apr 04, 2010, 12:12 pm »
well wish somebody could post something about it with info's and stuff since most crit build are either outdated/unused

and can I also ask which is better on the right hand of a sin X???
an ice pick or combat knife and why???
since from what I understand both work the same???
since it says "pierces" so I assume both of them works alike but has a difference...
and can someone also please clarify to me the dual weapon wielding rule of an assassin/assassin cross/guillotine cross???
and which is the main hand and which is the off hand???
and also again if I equipped an elemental icepick( I know MOST servers doesn't have that but either is my server so its just a random example) and equipped a double X and double Y card on the other hand and the weapon itself has some effects ex. the elemental icepick and a 4 slotted combat knife compounded with cards (again its just for an exaggeration for an example)
and let say the icepick is worn on the "main hand" and "combat knife"

Combat knife will make it ignore armor

Ice pick makes you do more damage the more armor they have.

High armor opponent > use ice pick

Well...

Right hand is the main hand. Main hand attacks can cause double attack (unless crit occurs), and cards from both hands apply on this hit. Left is offhand, and serves just as card carrier.

Using IP and CK together is NOT recommended, as CK effect would negate IP effect.

And dagger builds are NOT crit based. Usually, for crit builds katars are used because they double the crit rate, so when you reach 50 crit is status window, it is actually 100 crit.

well I wasn't planning that since double attack sort of nullifies crit chances am I correct???
and also daggers have also low crit rate compared to katars...
and about the when I reach 50 crit in my status window...
does that mean that it is already 100 crit???
I also asked this dagger related questions as a side question....
I hope somebody helps me with the build since I'm still experimenting ATM and still can't get the right mix...
