Low Rate SinX and LK Guide

The server I play on is strictly for pvp-purposes.
All cards are easy to get including MVP's.
Guano awesome equips like naght seiger blades and brynhildr is also easy to get.
What I need are stats, cards, and types.
Not only that, there are also custom items like +20% Soul Breaker dmg, +15% Dmg against demi-human, +60 Crit Rate, +5% resistance to all elements, Enables to see hidden characters, etc.
The ones that are in BOLD are my main equipments.
Max lvl is 99/70.
I have an Assassin Cross and Lord Knight, maybe a Paladin can be made too if someone can teach me?

For my main SinX, these are the things I'm wearing.

1. Headgears 
Custom - +15% dmg demi-human, +5% HP, Vanberk Card
Custom Mid - 5% resistance to all elements, Evil Snake Lord Card
Custom Wing - Enables to See Hidden Characters, +2 All Stats, Orc Hero Card

-Gloom Under Night (Breaker Purposes)

3. Weapons 
+10 Spec Jur (2TG,Hydra,Samurai)

+10 Spec Jur (2TG,Hydra,Phree)
+10 Desert Wind (2TG,2Hydra)
+10 Desert Wind (2TH,Hydra,Valk Randgris)
+10 Desert Wind (2Dopple,2SK)
+10 Desert Wind (2Metaling,2Whitesmith)
+10 Blade (TG,Hydra,Paper,Mobster)
+10 Blade (2 Dopple,Soldier Skel,Valkyrie Randgris)

4. Shield (If needed) 
+10 Valk Shield - Thara, GTB, Maya

5. Garments 
+10 Valk Manteau - Raydric, Deviling

6. Shoes 
+10 Diablos Boots - Moonlight Flower (Or is that wrong? But it makes me walk faster)

7. Accessories 
2 Megingjards (Only +20 Str) - Both equipped with 1 Ifrit Card each.

Str - 99
Agi - 1
Vit - 25
Int - 1
Dex - 99
Luk - 1

So, any help?

Why would you need that much dex if you're using phree cards?

well dont dex also add atk? and aspd?

Well it does, but so little (1 ATK for 10 DEX, and ASPD bonus is 4 times better from AGI).

so, can you help me improve the stats and all? i rarely use the phree card because i wouldnt have as much dmg output as i can.

What sort of build are you looking to do exactly?
Soul Breaker, Sonic Blow, Meteor Assault? Or just a regular old agi build?
Knowing what you want to build for makes it infinitely easier to help you build. If you post the server name I may be able to get on and help you out.
