On most servers (Mid-Rate I think), you get instant-cast when you achieve 150 DEX.

You can start the Berzebub Card Quest in Prontera on most servers, but not all. It's the "Old Woman" NPC. (Or was it "Old Lady"?) :[

Wjere is old woman npc and im curently playing RebirthRo 5x/5x/5x

If the Old Lady NPC isn't in Prontera, you're better off asking in your own server forums. The quest could have been customized on Rebirth.

Instant cast is harder with Berzebub anyway, since you need two, as well as a lot of other very expensive items.

How many DEX is required? Most server is 150 DEX, but some servers changed the amount.
