as for a build.....
well here i'll tell you my lil woe watching novie's:

basically since hes a baby class he has:

Int 80
Agi 80
Vit 50
Dex 47
Str 10
Luk 10

ya i know the stats are pretty mixed up XD

but anyway the only really important thing bout my novie is that he has a marc, medusa (okay i don't have one yet but i plan on getting one asap XD), and marduk card

so basically hes good for watching woe and pvp... cause hes got play dead, can't be frozen, stone cursed (SOON! that card will be mine!!! >=3), or silenced

so all i have to do is get in and play dead =3 then im all set for watching woe~... just watch out for clowns and profs >.<

There really isn't a best build for any one class but as for a build it depends on equips I get. Usually when I'm on a wiz I go for a dex/int build with a side of agi unless I manage to get a ghosty card then I stack it with some race reduction cards. Usually my stats are as follows:

Str: 1 (I don't need str for anything as a wiz)
Agi: 50+ (Depending on the build but usually around 50 for decent doge)
Vit: 1 (High Wiz's don't have the hp for vit)
Int: 70+ (Depending on the build but 70 is the minimum)
Dex: 70+ (For cast time with some cast reduction cards if I manage to get some or if I can't, more dex)
Luck: 1 (I don't go for perfect doge so I don't really need it)

I admit its no the best build but its worked basically my RO career as a Wiz.

Well my favorite build of all time is this one for a VERY hybrid hunter. Obviously the numbers change based on gear, but here's how it rolls:

Str: 3 (extra points, hooray)
Agi: 70
Vit: 50
Int: 60
Dex: 52
Luk: 60

Auto-blitzes almost all the time for pretty great damage thanks to the int. It can do traps, dodge decently AND take hits.
Some people would probably skip vit on a hunter, but I love it. Since usually a hunter is like, "darn, if that hits me once, I'll die" whereas this build sacrifices a little damage so it can take a few hits and kill the thing every time.

This build is a pretty good all around build. Aspd should hit 176 with Attention con, awake and buffs. Also the auto cast and damage on blitz beat is pretty nice. Not to mention the 99dex witch will make you super crit XD.

Shield Crusader Build.

90 Str
77 Vit
46 Dex
43 Int
01 Luk
09 Agi

Pretty stable shield sader build. Way better if I added in the practical gears.

I know a bunch of good builds. So if you need any posted with everything inculding gears, buffs, and final stats. Just either reply or leave me a PM.

heres my favorite sin-x(Sonic Blow)PVP build.
str:max dex:70 the rest is vit
good for low/average flee rate enemies
you will be dealing better damage to those
who have no VIT(def)+low BASE(def) opponent.
having VIT(def)+over ups gears with anti neutral
damage will make u hard to kill 
my items are...
+4 zealtous mask
+9 chain mail(peco peco card)
+9 shackles
+9 pauldron (raydric card)
bloodied shackle
vesper core 02
+9 infiltrator (hydra card) and thats pretty much it
i know my build is kinda noob but for me...it works!
i dont have GR,deviling,incant,TGK,phree,angeling cards yet...
coz i cant afford these uber items...
oh one more thing,i use aloe vera to increse my SB damage
while it decrease my base DEF?or vit DEF? << correct me if im wrong^^
not bad coz in PVP aggresive people always win!hihi^_^

Don't see enough of those around, sadly, when they rock. (Imo anyways, I've made a couple before and in pvp people are always shocked when you can take hits... "WTF WHY WON'T YOU DIE ALREADY?")

I'd actually be interested to see a SS of this build fleeing a bunch of stuff. Just looking at the stats, I don't think there's enough AGI to help with dodging at endgame. While ~50 AGI would be extremely helpful at the beginning, you'd be sacrificing your damage or your cast time. I.e. dodging more so that you cast cast more lower damage spells slower.

But yeah, maybe I'm totally wrong but I can't see a hybrid working as effectively as pure INT/DEX or INT/AGI.
