but generally seeing as how most of the top tier woe guilds aren't even around anymore, i don't think the meta would apply to most leftover guilds/servers, since to pull off the meta they would need a good population of players with a certain level of competence and discipline.

I've never actually did WoE:SE, nor been at WoE at renewal/3rd classes. So, do you have any tips, server is low-mid population (expecting around 50ish people in one castle), rA is current update level (episode 13.X, no Mora or recent balance patch).
