[Non-Renewal] Is rogue/stalker the best class for farming?

Hi im trying to decide if i should make a rogue or not. I felt like making one because of their gank skill and was planning to farm mavkas for their awesome loots to overcharge. But is a rogue the best class for farming/money making? what's the build for such a rogue since i believe they should be dagger rogues? any suggestions would be great, thanks

While a dagger rogue is great for farming.. Mavka might not be the best monster to farm zeny from.

I highly suggest using a weapon specifically for whatever monster you are hunting. and research on that monster prior to making your build (Enough Agi to flee them properly, enough Hit to Hit them all the time, any race / element / size they are)

For some monsters with high Hit / HP / Damage you might want to be a Hunter and Double Strafe them (Depending on your server's setup, easy warping, easy storage access, extra weight capacity, are all factors on deciding between Hunters and Rogues)

It really depends on the rates of the server you're playing, and if there's a free healer npc.

Honestly I think either way, hunter/sniper is probably the easiest to farm with AND level up, just because of how accessible different elements are, and how you can mindlessly spam DS then warp back and heal.

Rogues are boss as hell, though, so there's that.

I personally think Snipers and Wizards are much more effective in farming. As for overcharging.. Make a merchant.
