From my expeience, it DOES affect meteor assault. It doesn't affect SoulBreaker. I have seen some guy deal 9999999dmg on a lvl 114 server with VenomSplasher. its totally haxed but i haven't figured out how he did it. Only way to increase it's damage are: turtles, thana, EDP, provoke, Lex aeterna, Incantation Samurai(dont use it with thana), stone curse the target, elements... buffs... too many stuff seriously.
