Head Upper:Beret[-10%]
Head Mid:Any Will do
Head Lower:Gentleman's Pipe[-2%]
Armor:Any Armor[GR][reduces it 1/3 or 1/4 not quite sure][but im sure on one thing it reduces asura greatly]
Shield:Valk Shield[Thara Frog][-30%][W/ elementals -60%]
Garment:Any Garment[Deviling/Raydric][W/ neutrals -50%]
Shoes:Any Shoes[Amon ra ][Optional]
Weapon:CT[-10%]
Accessories:Necklace[Spore]

[I think there is more than just that i haven't look on the new armors and weapons yet  ]

[Just search the rms about equips that reduces damage on demihuman then any of those will do]

Shockwave traps > them because 2k Asuras on High rates against a no GR, Devi or Thara Sniper ftw lol...

Basilica and Assumptio though Basilica isnt really about minimizing but it completely blocks it[Anyone inside will not be able to do anything]

And for Assumptio it reduces it by 1/3 so imagine if you have GR equiped then you'll barely feel the asura hitting you

Using an Elemental Converter will do nothing, since Ashura is fixed Neutral.

well if ur a sniper go status bow with zenorcs or something and stun arrows +verter and yea he will pneuma then u FA his butt eventually his sp will drop lolz anywayz shockwave trap around urself works better XD
