2015-04-20:
• Added ''Select your RO server'' at the top of the calc, allowing to simulate special server behaviour (Ghostring Card, ShieldBoom+Icepick, etc).
• Fixed ''Shield Chain'' damage on private servers (damage divergence should be lower than 100 damage points per hit).

2015-04-19:
• Fixed Ruber'' (now Whitesmith and Creators will be able to equip it).
• Deleted ''Roubel'' (it was exactly the same as ''Ruber'', but with another name).
• Fixed ''Chrome Metal Sword'' (it was in ''Two-Handed Swords'' list, instead of ''Swords'' list).

2015-04-18:
• Changed ''Alchemy Glove'' auto-cast.

2015-04-13:
• Fixed Perfect Dodge (it was increasing ''Player's Dodge Ratio'' against enemy skills, instead of just basic attacks).
• Fixed ''Load URL from another calc'' (it wasn't loading data from shown fields).
• Fixed ''Load URL from another calc'' (it wasn't showing [Active] fields).
• Fixed ''Full Load'' (it wasn't loading data from ''Additional Enchants & Manual Edits on Player'' field when it was being shown).
• Fixed ''Full Load'' (it wasn't loading data from ''Manual Edits on Enemy'' field when it was being shown).
• Fixed ''Full Load'' (calc crashed when loading twice data from ''Music and Dance Skills'' field when it was being shown).
• Fixed ''Item Data'' field when loading data from ''Full Load'' (it was showing data from the incorrect item).
• Performance improvement to ''Full Load''.

Both builds kill in roughly five hits, but the first has a higher Aspd.  Battle duration is calculated from the start of a cast or attack to the end of its cast and its respective delay.  Build A simply reaches the end of its fifth attack step sooner.

From what I believed, shouldn't DPS include ASPD, cast time, and delay already?
If that is the case, DPS and Average Battle Duration should go in the same direction.

While you have the correct general idea, you need to take into consideration what battle duration actually indicates.  It isn't a linear function like DPS.

Imagine build X slapping a poring for 50 damage at 190 Aspd.  The battle duration is 0.2s.  Now picture build Y slapping a poring for 999,999 damage at 150 Aspd.  The battle duration is 1.0s despite build Y's DPS being several magnitudes higher.

Hopefully this example helps you understand the difference.

And what should I go with? Higher DPS or smaller battle duration.

You did not delineate any context to your calculations so I present a general answer.  Choose the more consistent option.

Not exactly, but it should give the same result.
Anyway, I noticed some differences when certain jobs equip certain weapons.
I'm working on that.

Bug Report:
- Soul linker buff for Assassin Cross is not available.
It is available at "Player Attack Skills: Sonic Blow [Soul Linked]"

From what I know, it increases ATK and MATK by 5. Not percent.

It has been 5% on every server.

Changelog from june to july:
• Improved web loading.
• Changed ASPD formula. Please tell me if it's less acurate than before.
• Fixed a bug when opening "Miscellaneous Effects on Player" field.
• Fixed WoE / BG damage ("Environment: WoE / BG"), now reduces skill damage properly.
• Added item "Diabolus Ring [1] (iRO)".
• Added "All Damage Skills" option, allowing to use all damage skills on any character.
• Changed ''Stats ( Remaining Status Points: ? )'' and added following info: race, size, body element, and Perfect HIT.
• Fixed MATK +(fixed value) from "Additional Enchants & Manual Edits on Player".
• Fixed MATK +%, it will increase MATK +(fixed value) as well.
• Fixed ATK +5% from item "Rune Strawberry Cake", it will increase Weapon's ATK as well.
• Added 1 ATK arrows (status ailments).
• Added "Two-Handed Staff" property to Mora staffs.
• Changed tab order from "Equipment & Cards": now weapon settings go before any other equipment settings.
• Added equip restrictions options: "Equip Job Restrictions", "Equip Level Restrictions", "Equip Slot Restrictions", and "Equip Card Slot Restrictions".
• Added "Attack Element" and "Enemy Attack Element" information in "Monster Combat Simulator".
• Fixed Frozen, Stone Curse, Undead Attribute Change, and Holy Armor [B.S.S.]. Now they modify elemental damage taken from enemies.

In Aegis, Diabolus Ring [1] increases [Frozen] status resistance by 15%.
