[Non-Renewal] Dumb ways to die

We used two methods for this.
- Request yourself a @die command and save at map, where exp loss is turned on (orc dungeon, mjolnir dead pit, ...)
- Same as above, without @die, but pull lot of mobs there and keep respawning.
