Qs abt: element, great nature, etc

hey guys. well it's been so long since i played Ragnarok..
it was before 2nd job came out, so yeh.. imagine that.
anyway i got few general questions..

1. Do elemental weapon + sage's elemental skill stack?
for instance, i got wind damascus and sage just used his wind property thing to me.
so does it stack? or it just adds little bit(some sorta special equation)? or just treat both of them like one.
i'd very much like to know this.

2. i heard that if u go to AMATSU, u can change 'great nature' into 'mystic frozen.'
then go to UMBALA and break 'm. frozen' into '10 crystal blues.'
so wut i'd like to know is, the name of npcs that do that.
also is it only great nature? or rough wind, mystic frozen and flame heart can be changed to something else too?

3. wut does it take to creat an ice pick?
i heard 30 rough elu, 1 orid, and lv4 weapon. is this correct?

4. and how can u know if it's lv1 or lv2 weapon?
i mean it doesn't show anything right? so how do u know it's actually upgraded w oridecon or pharcon?
is there some way of knowing this?

1. No. Unlike armor, weapon does not have elemental "levels", it is have or not have.

2. Hm, it can be done with all ele stones.

3. Well...what you are referring to is last stage of God items quest. You need far more than that.

4. Right-click on weapon, scroll down, one of last lines is usually item level.

just one more tho....

so in AMATSU, you can change any one of these (flame heart, great nature, rough wind, and m. frozen) to other.
and in UMBALA, you can break down any one of above to 10 of red blood, wind of v. etc ??

well, and if names of npcs who do this in each town will be very helpful.
