Skill Sprites

I have been looking in the /data/texture folder and seems that I cant find the ice and stone tga files.
Ice as in if you were frozen by storm gust , and stone as in the stone curse skill effect
I plan on edit them to make them more visible by changing the colors,and what not.
If anybody knows where they are I would really appreciate it.

Also, anyone knows what the "rockon" file on the texture folder represents? I thought it was the contrast of the way you see your client, but apparently is not =x
