I have a reflect armor and a swordbreaker. I was attacked by an enemy and I got his weapon destroyed via effect of swordbreaker thru reflect. Is this correct online?

Yes, effects/auto-cast gear/cards work with reflect.

Chances of it breaking are also increased from multiple sources of reflect such as Shield Reflect + Valkyrie Manteau.
