I have a question

Why are there two types of dungeon and i can only access one of them?

This is the one that says Scarlet Palace dungeon but i dont know how to get there [Scarlet palace section] = http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=areainfo&area=4002 

Also, when do they put back treasure chests in the treasure room

different guild base give access to different guild dungeon, if u have a guild base in payon u have access to the payon guild dungeon only etc. 

Treasure chests has always been there as far as i know. As long as your castle has more than zero eco value and only the guild leader can access the treasure room.

Your castle must have eco higher than 4 to get a chest, I think you get 1 chest per 4 eco.

To access the guild dongeon you need to find the "secret switch".

All guild owning a castle in the same city (example all 5 payon castle) have access to the same dongeon.
