RO files

Hey, I'm kinda new to the RMS, I've been looking for a few files for RO.  First there is a file that comes with RO that lists how to make Custom AI for homunculus (if I spelled that wrong bite me) and what all the commands are and what they each do.  Second there is a file on how to make custom skins what all the images that are needed are and where they appear when used.  I do have these files, however as I have the Korean versions of Rag/Sak the files are written in Korean and I can't quite make heads or tails of them for some reason    If you have these files in english can you please contact me.
