Questions about homunclus

Where do you get Seed of Life, Morning Dew of blah and seperation tube?
Nothing seems to drop them and I can't find merchants that sell it !

you get them from the al de baran alchemist guild, there is a seller near the stairs that sells them.

I couldn't find the npc that sells them...
He is in the building at the left bottom corner of aldebaran right?
Can you tell me the exact location? is it in the first room after I enter the building or somewhere else..
And the description of my potion creation guide doesn't have embryo in it...does it mean that it is not opened?

Its in the first room you walk in, it is a seperate npc then the one that sells books and medicine bowls. Its right next to the stairs going up. Just because your book doesn't say it doesnt mean it doesnt have it, the description could just be outdated.
