% resist question

hi guys, im just wondering how damage calculated with spells, say if i got card that boost my fire bolt by 25% that means my firebolt damage will be 125% right?

if my enemy have fire resist 100%, what will happen? will he receive the 25% of my fire bolt damage or it will miss because he has 100% fire resist?

if someone has 100% fire resist all fire attacks should do 0 dmg to that person... but its better if u just ask ur server's GM's

ehhh it shouldnt do any dmg at all since yea ur boosting ur firebolt dmg but he still gots 100% fire resistance anywho jst toss any other element lol
