Probably for a short while, but if my prediction comes true and this goes the same way as Kagerou/Oboro, then EVERYONE will make one for the first month and troll WoE.....then it will be nerfed to oblivion and you *might* have a couple going around as debuffers but that will be all.
Triper is really awesome! For real!

Novus Orbis

Yay, now let's hope they don't screw this class up like they screwed the Kagerou and Oboro class up! /ok

QuoteShatter Storm
Max Level: 5
Pre-req: Disarm level 5, Crowd Control Shot level 5
Desc: Shotgun exclusive skill. Deals damage to the target and enemies within 5x5 area of the target, destroying their equipped equipments randomly. Caster's DEX and skill level affects the success rate of equipment destruction. Target's AGI affects the success rate of equipment destruction.
Indestructible or chemical protected equipments are not affected.
1 - destroys 2 random equipments
2 - destroys 2 random equipments
3 - destroys 3 random equipments
4 - destroys 4 random equipments
5 - destroys 5 random equipments

QuoteHammer of God
Max Level: 5
Pre-req: Anti Material Blast level 5
Desc: Rifle exclusive skill. Target the ground to summon a hammer of god to strike it. If there is a target afflicted with Crimson Marker in the targeted area, hammer of god drops on the target and deals damage to the target and enemies in 5x5 area. If there is no target afflicted with Crimson Marker in the targeted area, hammer of god will drop on a random location within the area. Targets hit by this skill will be stunned at a 100% chance. Higher skill level increases the stun duration.
1 - 2000% + 3 second stun
2 - 2500% + 3 second stun
3 - 3000% + 4 second stun
4 - 3500% + 4 second stun
5 - 4000% + 5 second stun
LOL

And so you killed yourself,
but you killed everyone else around you too.

I think that some of the stuff from Rebellion was what the game needed to get some balance once again[we know that balance won't ever exist but whatever, let's imagine that it's somewhat possible] and get some stuff being used again.

Don't forget that Rebellion' skills may look indeed OP but some of that stuff has like 5 to 10 secs of re-use delay which is painful.

Btw Tom, you forgot the 3x12 Ganba from Rebellion!

ToiletMaster

Quote5 - destroys 5 random equipments
stunned at a 100% chance

This is enough to win the entire WoE LOL!

Just using the stunned 100% swap you're able to win the entire game XD

RoseTea

Interested in how Hammer of God interacts with having lessened stun duration/stun immunity from high Vit, or if it's absolutely an always stun.

I don't get why anyone even cares at all about "destroys 5 pieces of gear".  FCP and BG gears mean you're already indestructable anyway, and if you don't have those you should either not be fighting or deserve to have your stuff broken anyway (assuming it works, it's still a Rebellion DEX vs. Target AGI roll).

Either way, those skills aren't exactly mind-blowing when compared to the other ridiculous nonsense 3rd jobs can pull out already.

Wyvern

Except since it's 5 equipments, it could destroy something that FCP doesn't protect, like Shoes, Garment, maybe accessories and mid/lower headgear, if those can be broken...And as for 10 sec delay, people would just use bragi probably.

Accessories and mid/low headgears can never be broken, as evidenced by that one annoying Bard/Dancer trans skill.

The delay might also be skill cooldown, in which case no amount of Bragi is going to fix it. Also, Shoes and Garment are already broken by both that one annoying Bard/Dancer trans skill and a new Bard/Dancer 3rd skill, so really, the Gunslinger brings nothing new to the table.

My guess is that it'll be really powerful and awesome in the first week while people don't realize how average the class is, then write strongly worded letters to Gravity about how Gunslingers were MEANT to be inferior. Then Gravity is going to nerf them to the ground.

Daletos

^Bragi doesn't work exactly the same as it does in pre-renewal. Or rather some skills have specific delays (fjbfhjg forgot all the names) that are not reduced by bragi so if its universal or fixed it might not be as good as it sounds. As well as in renewal everyone always has FCP/some form of gear protection more than ever since RGs are running around with pin point everywhere breaking things.

Triper

Skill Cooldown/Re-use Delay != After-Cast Delay != Cast Delay

From what I've been reading, most of Rebellion's skills have 5-10 secs of re-use Delay so they won't be that OP. Also, they force people to use a two-hand weapon for most of them too so ...

The main concept of it is good, the result on paper doesn't look that awesome even if a couple of Rebellions behind the front lines may annoy a bit.

Roda Frog of Sakray

If what literally everyone on iRO is saying, including the people that got this info in the first place, the 100% stun chance ignores vit immunity. I don't know if it's true or not but if it is OH's card price will be going WAY up....

If it wasn't the weight of the bullets, I would call that "normal" for kRO nowadays standards lol OP all the way.
