been trying to find out how to get one.... help?

It's one of the items that is part of the new sets for 3rd classes from Mora Town that you get doing quests with the coins you get from other quests.

From bRO[official Brazilian RO][because it was the first thing that google showed lol]:

All Aqua, Golden Lord, Crimson and Florest items can be enchanted.
Each attempt to enchant costs 2 Mora Village Coins that can be achieved through quests.
Each attempt has a chance to fail.
Staves can get 2 enchants at max[all hidden enchants work like if it was cards added to a weapon].
Gears can get to a max of 3 enchants[you still have the card slot with them so no worries about that].
Stats you get are random and repeatable as long as you have coins to spent.
