Question about delay time..

i want to ask...
is agi increase delay time to use skill..
if agi affect it, how much i need it...
any answer will be help..

Well, the thing is, you have skill delay and animation delay. To make it short, the one that is longer is actually in effect. In most cases, it is skill delay. That is fixed for each skill and can be only modified by some items or Bragi. Animation delay depends on your aspd.

It also depends on the server being played. Some places have set delays and are only lowered by Bragi and/or Kiel cards. Then there are places where it isn't set and it can be reduced by agi or dex. It really just depends on where you are playing and most places will usually tell you how to reduce it

i want to make skill delay short..
so i can use other skill faster..
for example:
i see other champion..
can do zen, spirit exploition,then zen faster than me...
so how to do that..
what i must inc..??

It's not only AGI, it's also DEX.. basically it's your ASPD.
