just wanted to ask what are pets for? i have a pecopeco and a poring and all they do is eat, talk and follow me around...are those the only thing those guys are good for?

The poring can function as a mini-storage, it can hold items for you.

Peco does nothing at the moment, gravity intended them to be mountable for any class, but never got to finishing this.

The other pets do stuff, Sohee heals, Isis casts magnificat, etc.

okay so it depends if ur server has the pet skills and stuff enabled..............

offically pets can attack with u and use skills
and
if ur server has disabled them then they do nothing but eat and follow u around

there should be a list of all pets, what they eat, what equip they have, what skills they can do, what tamint item you need and what they say

im not sure what the pet equips do other t hen make the pet even cuter...

oh yeah can i ask whats the best time to feed a pet? my pets always complain about being over fed

the equipment for pets has no effect to the pets or that they stay longer with you, except there is an info in te equipment info


about feeding time:

when your pet is Hungry: neutral then it isnt that hungry but you can feed it.

the best time to feed your pet is when it has the status Hungry: hungry

On some servers (depending on a setting), pets will only use their skill if they wear their cute-pet-armor.

No, on all official servers, pets do NOTHING, except eat.
Equipping their accessory will give a boost on their intimacy (900 -> 1000) of 100 points while equipped.
All pet skills you have ever heard about were custom and based on rumors created by fans.
