The things you're saying aren't the problem, the problem is that you need a Korean Social Security Number[or whatever is that called in English] to register and who have them won't just give it to you so from nowhere unless if know people from there or if you want to get one do it as everybody who plays there the "not legal" way - google it and you also need a korean proxy after that.
