For things like "Lil" and "Lord" I'm not opposed and use them myself for spare characters when I want to identify back to my main.

Cept that can be fun too. Back when I had Gobi I had characters named "Ghobi-Wan-Kenobi" and "8D Hi Im Ghobi!"

Dove gets pretty standard though. Lil Dove, Miss Dove, Lady Dove, etc etc.

Exceptional ones would be Cloud and Sephiroth, I've run a few server and those 2 names are usually taken within the first 2-3 days.
