Reflected Damage

Is reflected damage from Shield Reflect and Orc Lord reducable by the enemie's equips such as poo poo hat, ghostring, raydric?

in case of a PvP situation, i think d damage given back 2 d enemy is always consistent of its attack damage done 2 u(e.g. just for example! let's say a knight did 1000 damage to you and let's say dat reflect shield can reflect damage done by d enemy on u by 50%, it should exactly reflect 500 damage 2 d enemy!)! as 4 d orc lady, i seem t b clueless---i'm sorry...

No. Its not. If it were, the skill/item would be totally worthless. However much damage the enemy does, monster OR human, it WILL be reflected back at them for the % of which its supposed to be, no changing it.
